Terms of Service

1. Services Provided: Auroflow provides custom automation and revenue orchestration services. The scope of work is defined in the individual service agreement provided after your initial consultation.

2. Payments: All payments for setup fees and monthly maintenance are processed through Razorpay. By initiating a payment, you agree to our project-based billing structure.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy: Due to the custom nature of our automation builds, setup fees are non-refundable once the Systems Audit (Step 1) has commenced. Monthly maintenance plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.

4. Data Access: To perform our services, you may need to grant us API access to your tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Auroflow agrees to use this access strictly for the agreed-upon workflow builds.
